Due to the plant's strict safety standards and its nature as a binational security area, the entry of children under 14 years of age into internal and industrial areas is strictly prohibited, even when accompanied by parents or guardians.
So, for families with children, we recommend exploring other interesting tours. Remembering that Itaipu Especial is the only one with this restriction.
